1. Who we are

This website is run by Stella Novus Limited, trading as NEXUS AI Advisory ("we", "us", "our"). We are a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland, company number 588498. Our registered office is 1 Riverwood, Timolin, Co. Kildare R14 CK30. Our directors are Ioannis Syrigos and Kostas Liampas.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you:

  • use this website, and
  • book or attend a free 20-minute online walkthrough with us.

By using the website or booking a walkthrough, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a walkthrough.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Client work is covered by a separate agreement

These terms do not cover paid work. Any diagnostic, pilot, workflow design, set-up or other service we provide for a fee is governed only by a separate written proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both sides. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Nothing on this website, and nothing said in a walkthrough, is an offer that you can accept to form a contract for paid work.

4. Using this website

The website gives general information about our work. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

Content on the website is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, clinical, technical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

  • break any law or regulation;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to disrupt or overload the website;
  • send automated or bulk form submissions, or scrape the website in a way that harms its operation;
  • use the forms or booking page to send spam, unlawful, false or offensive content, or to give someone else's details without their permission;
  • copy or use our content except as allowed in section 6.

We may block access or decline or cancel a booking if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

6. Intellectual property

We, or the people who license material to us, own the intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, method descriptions and the NEXUS AI Advisory name and branding.

You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference or for internal use in your organisation. You must not otherwise copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use our name or branding, without our written permission.

Any materials we show or share during a walkthrough remain ours. You may use them internally to consider working with us.

7. The free 20-minute online walkthrough

What it is. A free, no-obligation online conversation of about 20 minutes, held by video meeting. We use it to understand your situation and show how we might be able to help.

No obligation. Booking or attending a walkthrough does not commit you, or us, to anything further. We may decide after a walkthrough that we are not the right fit, and so may you.

No formal advice. Anything we say in a walkthrough is general and based on the limited information available in a short conversation. It is not a formal recommendation, assessment or professional advice, and you should not act on it without your own checks or a written proposal from us. Any formal recommendation is given only in writing under a separate agreement.

Who can book. Walkthroughs are intended for businesses and professionals. Please book in your business capacity and use accurate contact details.

Rescheduling and cancelling. You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation, or by emailing [email protected]. Please give us as much notice as you can. If we need to reschedule or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer another time. Because the walkthrough is free, neither of us owes the other any payment or compensation for a cancellation or missed meeting.

Recording. We do not record walkthroughs unless everyone on the call agrees at the start. If you want to record a call, please ask first. Neither of us may record without the other's consent.

Confidential information. Please do not share patient, client or other sensitive personal data in a walkthrough, or confidential information you are not allowed to share. If you share business information with us, we will use it only to prepare for and follow up on the walkthrough and any proposal, and will treat it in confidence.

Your booking details. When you book, we collect the details you enter in the booking form (such as your name, email, phone number, business name and any notes or guest email addresses). We use them to arrange and hold the walkthrough and to follow up about it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Links

The website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the other website.

You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association or endorsement we have not agreed to.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that:

  • The website and the walkthrough are provided free of charge and for general information. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website's content or anything said in a walkthrough, except to the extent the loss is caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence and was reasonably foreseeable.
  • If you use the website or book a walkthrough for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful material that reaches you through the website, provided we have taken reasonable care.

Our liability for paid work is set out only in the separate written agreement for that work.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the website or a walkthrough, are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you use the website or book a walkthrough for business purposes, the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so either of us may also bring proceedings in another court that has jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland or of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. The version on this page when you use the website or book a walkthrough is the one that applies.
